Shipping Policy
We aim to ship within 3 - 5 working days, with a flat shipping rate of $7.
If you choose to have local delivery in either Lake Hayes Estate Queenstown or Shotover Country Queenstown then you will get a delivery fee of only $3.
FREE shipping for any orders over $100
Return Policy
We want to keep our customers happy and will do the best we can to make this happen.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product if the product is damaged or if it is not the product you have ordered and we will arrange a change or replacement of that product.
Unfortunately we will not refund due to change of mind or if your cookie packet has been opened.
Return costs are at the expense of the customer and shipping costs will not be refunded unless it was an error on Slobber Chops behalf.
